Voltex Advantage Points Program
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
By opting in to the Voltex Advantage Points Program ("the Program"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to all registered Voltex trade customers with an active account.
- Customers must opt in to begin participating. Points will not be awarded retroactively.
2. Earning Points
- You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent, excluding GST and discounts.
- Points are awarded only upon invoicing. Orders not yet invoiced will not accrue points.
- Voltex may offer promotional rates or multipliers for specific products or periods.
- Voltex reserves the right to modify point accrual logic or thresholds at its sole discretion.
- Returns: Products returned as unwanted or unneeded for credit will result in a points decrease. Faulty/damaged returns, warranty claims, and labour-related credits will not result in any point deduction.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for rewards made available in the Voltex Advantage Points Program Catalogue/Portal.
- Each reward has a fixed point value, subject to change without notice.
- Rewards must be redeemed in conjunction with a non-reward product purchase (reward-only orders are not permitted).
- Points will be deducted at the time of redemption.
- If the associated sales order is cancelled, points will be restored to your balance.
- Reward availability is subject to stock; Voltex may substitute or remove rewards without prior notice.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
4. Points Visibility
- Your Available Points balance is viewable through your Voltex account online or via mobile app.
- Projected or pending points (from un-invoiced orders) may be visible in your points history under Earnings, Redemptions, Adjustments, and Pending Points.
- Points visibility may, from time to time, be interrupted due to maintenance or unplanned IT outages.
5. Points Validity
- Points are valid while the Program is active, subject to the expiry conditions in clauses (b) and (c) below.
- Inactivity-based expiry: Points expire incrementally if your account has no earn or redeem activity for 18 consecutive months. Expiry starts with the oldest points first. Once expired, points cannot be restored even if activity resumes.
- Hard expiry: Points earned more than 3 years ago will automatically expire, regardless of account activity.
- Voltex will make reasonable efforts to notify you before points expire via [email / push notification]. It remains your responsibility to monitor your points balance and activity.
- Voltex reserves the right to suspend or reverse points in cases of misuse, fraud, or system error.
6. Program Changes, Termination or Removal
- Voltex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
- Abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of accumulated points.
- Your account is non-transferable, non-saleable, and not redeemable as cash or credit. Rewards must only be redeemed by the account holder.
- If your account is terminated, either voluntarily or by Voltex, all points in the account will be automatically forfeited.
- It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes.

7. Force Majeure
- Voltex shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g. floods, bushfires, earthquakes)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Governmental restrictions or regulations
- Labour disputes or strikes
- Internet or telecommunications outages
- System or IT infrastructure failures
8. Applicable Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
