From one wall switch, the user turns both the lights and fan on at the same time. When the lights are manually turned off from the switch, the fan continue to run for a set time delay, then switches off automatically
- Continues to eliminate steam and odour after turning the lights off and leaving the bathroom
- Designed to be installed behind a wall plate (wall plate not supplied with the timer)

- Delay can be set to 5, 15 or 30 minutes (15 minutes default)
- Works in conjunction with a standard switch mechanism (not supplied with the timer)
